Last weekend i went on some military pretaining so i could get an insight of what it was like being a soldier. I had a fab weekend with the girls how amazing free meals! Anyways...managed to do 20k lift and jerry can but it was an epic fail for the 1.5miles run.
So here i am i need to practice running ....i hate running errr!!!
I need to get running..but i dont know am losing it....thats what up folks!
